By using the Sportik app or sportik.in, you agree to these terms. If you're organizing a tournament on behalf of a club or company, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.
Your account and content
You're responsible for the accuracy of the tournaments, teams, and player data you enter, and for keeping your sign-in secure. You keep ownership of the content you create; by sharing a tournament link publicly, you're choosing to make that tournament's bracket, schedule, and standings viewable by anyone with the link.
Acceptable use
Don't use Sportik to impersonate another organizer or competition, upload content you don't have the right to use, or attempt to disrupt the service for other organizers.
Free features and future changes
Core tournament organizing - formats, live draw, fixture scheduling, and sharing - is free to use. Some features may launch with usage limits (for example, an entitlement tier for larger auctions) that we'll always disclose in the product before they apply to you.
No warranty
Sportik is provided "as is." We work to keep tournament data accurate and the service available, but we're not liable for outcomes decided by, or disputes arising from, how a tournament was organized or officiated.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top of this page if these terms change materially, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
